Join FHE for our First all day Homeschool Zoom Conference. 
We have homeschool veterans from around the state speaking on various topics to help you in your homeschool jouney.  We start promptly at 9:00 am with a Group Leaders Round Table and end the day at 5:00 pm.

Schedule:
9:00-9:40 Leaders Round Table facilitated by FHE, MATCH, and MPE
Are you a support group or co-op/learning center leader in the state? OR run activities with your Facebook group?  Join us for a round table discussion on ideas and information pertinent to you, like insurance needs, problems finding low cost meeting locations, etc. Whatever you need to talk about.

9:40-9:50 – Welcome and quick overview of law changes effective on Aug 28

10:00-10:45 – Tips and Tricks to Prevent Homeschool Burnout by Gina Prosch, homeschool consultant from the Jeff City area

11:00-11:45 – SPED 101 (special needs) by Jamie Bozarth, homeschool mom and special needs consultant from our Camden County area

11:45-12:45 – Grab your lunch and join us at noon for a Q& A discussion time

1:00 – 1:45 – Homeschooling in the Wilderness by Leslie Welpman, homeschool mom, entrepreneur, and uses the outdoors as her classroom from our Morgan County area

2:00-2:45 – Teaching Multiple Children by Beth Dittmer, homeschool leader in the Northeast Region

3:00-3:45 – Choosing Curriculum by Kim Quon, homeschool veteran and FHE director

4:00-4:45 – Charlotte Mason and Beyone (relaxed homeschooling) by Genet Harris, homeschooling leader in the Springfield/Marshfield area

4:45-5:00 – Wrap Up, Thanks for coming

Stop!! Check your FHE membership before registering. Try to login and the system will let you know if you are a current member, need to renew, or not a member. 

FHE Members are FREE and will have access to the workshop recordings in the Members Only website section about a week after the conference is over so that we have time to get the recordings posted.

Non-Members are $20 which can be applied to a one year membership (join online first before registering) and have the recordings afterwards OR you can just pay to attend for the day.

Once registered and paid (if needed), a confirmation email will come from [email protected], so check your SPAM messages if you don't see it. A reminder email will be sent the day before from [email protected].

Our day will be packed with information from 9-5. You are welcome to come and go as you need to throughout the day. See you on the Zoom.
